Our company is a trusted service provider for commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration equipment, and HVAC for large multi-unit national client. Within just Dallas/Fort Worth and the surrounding areas hundreds of restaurants, hotels and businesses rely on us daily to provide preventative maintenance, service, and parts for commercial refrigeration, commercial HVAC, and commercial cooking and all kitchen equipment. The majority of our accounts are very large national, multi-location accounts with a strong customer service need. As a premier service provider we look for quality people and management that are able to provide quality equipment repair as well as extraordinary customer service.
Our technicians provide preventive maintenance, warranty work, repair services, and parts for commercial cooking, refrigeration, beverage and other kitchen equipment in restaurants, hotels, nursing homes, and corporations. Our technicians are given a lot of freedom to provide service and control their schedule as long as the job is getting done. This means very little direct supervision as long as you are making things happen in the field.We are adding customers almost daily and always growing. Main Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment including, but not limited to, refrigeration equipment, cooking equipment, and beverage equipment.
- Must at minimum be capable of service on commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC equipment and refrigeration
- Effective troubleshooting and problem solving of service issues.
- Maintain strong customer relations and thorough communication with customers at all times.
- Attend appropriate technical and manufacturer training
- Obtain additional licenses and certifications as appropriate
- Work with a team mentality, and a get it done attitude
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years commercial service experience
- The ability to service HVAC units, ice machines, walk-in coolers and freezers
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Willingness and the ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (ie. EPA, CFESA, NATE)
- Experience with both HVAC/R equipment as well as commercial kitchen equipment a plus. Top priority will be given to candidates with experience in both as well as candidates with extensive knowledge experience in on or the other.
- Self-motivated with the proven ability prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Experience:
Commercial Refrigeration: 2 years (Required)
Commercial Kitchen Equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
Commercial HVAC: 2 years (Required)
License:
Driver's License (Required)
EPA Universal certification
