“Have fun, and love what you do.”

It’s more than just something we say at BakerTriangle. It’s part of who we are. In fact, those very words are included in every offer letter we send out, reflecting the culture and values we believe in from day one.

Our annual Men’s Retreat took us to Broken Bow, Oklahoma, for a weekend filled with great company, plenty of laughs, and a little friendly competition. From bowling and golf simulators to poolside hangs, waterslides, and everything in between, there was no shortage of fun.

But what makes weekends like this special isn’t the destination or the entertainment. It’s the people. The friendships, camaraderie, and genuine connections that make BakerTriangle more than just a place to work.

We’re incredibly grateful for the hardworking men and women across BakerTriangle who make our company what it is today. It’s their dedication, passion, and commitment to one another that continue to shape the culture we’re so proud of.

We work hard, we have fun, and we take pride in what we’ve built together.

Work hard. Have fun. Love what you do.
