Seeking a entry-level or mid-level Assistant Project Manager to assist with existing Federal government construction contracts. Part-time employees will be considered.

- Must Be Proficient in MS Word & Excel and Microsoft Acrobat Adobe Pro to prepare client ready documents. Knowledge of and ability to learn scheduling software is a plus such as Primavera or MS Project
- Must be a self-starter, detailed, organized, motivated, and be able to work alone and in teams in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Knowledge and experience with construction projects such as preparing proposals and review drawings, specifications is a bonus.
- Local travel to project locations may be requested.
- Experience with Federal and DoD/military contracts and/or construction projects is a plus.
- This is a multitasked, challenging position that will require lots of computer time writing proposals, preparing job setups, past performance, project invoicing and schedule.

- Must have experience with RS Means and other Estimating Tools and software.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, and be able to work alone and in teams.
- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent field experience.
- Must have estimating experience for prior construction projects such as gathering proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Local travel to site visits and project locations will be required.
- Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price.
- Experience with Federal and DoD/military contracts and/or construction projects is a plus.
- This is a multitasked, challenging position that will encompass all elements from estimating through project completion.

Aulson was called to respond to an asbestos emergency cleanup in Boston’s downtown crossing this weekend!

Crews have been monitoring the air for hazardous material and all samples have tested negative so far.
