Our USA staff team got together for our latest workshop at Miami Beach to share some insights on how we can improve our performance in our core mission at TMC: keep growing the global home of employeneurs.

Together, we took the time to reflect on how we can continue strengthening our referral program and, more importantly, how our employeneurs can play an active role in growing our community of engineers across the U.S.

After all, there’s no one better to spread the spirit of Employeneurship than our own community. 🧑‍💻

And, of course, a productive workshop also deserves some time to relax and strengthen the bonds with the people who help our community grow.

Sometimes the best ideas born when we're looking for a solution to achieve a goal that seems simple but is more complex than it appears: How can we make our daily work easier?🧑‍💻

That's exactly how Barry Bishop began developing software to help engineers manage the huge amount of data involved in their work. What started as a practical solution soon became an opportunity to explore AI, learn new skills, and create something others could use.

Today, he continues to work on improving his tool and is receiving support and feedback from other colleagues at TMC to turn this tool into something that will have a positive impact on the way people work in his area of expertise.

That's definitely what it means to have an entrepreneurial spirit 🦾 ✨

👨‍💻 Growth is rarely just a matter of technical expertise. Somtetimes growth also means empowering others to drive their own professional development.

When our employeneur Daniele Scozia joined TMC, he was looking for opportunities to work on international projects and continue developing his expertise in industrial automation... Less than a year later, he found himself leading a team and facing new challenges alongside his colleagues.

For him, success wasn't just about delivering a project. It was about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and confident enough to share ideas, learn from mistakes, and grow together.

He learned that behind every successful project there is a team willing to bring the best of themselves to the table. Because real impact only happens when people feel empowered to grow, support one another, and ultimately drive the future technology.

Last week at MODEX, one thing became clear for us: Technology evolves fast, but it’s people who drive the future of technology. 🦾

With our material handling expertise business cell rapidly growing, being part of this event was a natural step to showcase our capabilities and meet with industry leaders and potential new employeneurs.
