Some coins carry a story. This one carries our gratitude.

It was an absolute honor for Sheepdog Projects to create this challenge coin celebrating Dr. JS, the designer, mastermind, and creative force behind MackS Designs, upon retirement after 30 years of public service to the federal government. That milestone deserves recognition, respect, and a heartfelt thank-you.

But our appreciation goes far beyond the artwork.

To us, MackS Designs is family. They are friends, brothers, sisters, collaborators, and partners. People who have opened the doors of their homes to us, welcomed us into their lives, and reminded us how much good can come from a friendship that starts with a small piece of metal.

Thank you for your generosity, your incredible hearts, and everything you do for others. You set an example through your actions, your kindness, and your willingness to help others succeed. You have given the rest of us something worth emulating.

In a community where it can be easy to count sales, compare designs, and measure success by who gets the most attention, we hope this coin offers another way to measure it: the friendships built, the doors opened, and the people lifted along the way.

There is room for all of us to create something meaningful. Supporting one another makes this community stronger, and the relationships we build give these coins their lasting value.

Dr. JS, congratulations on an incredible chapter of service. We wish you happiness, good health, and the very best in everything ahead. Thank you for allowing us to create something in your honor.
