Ra Sushi's modern take on Japanese fusion is rooted in a rich culinary tradition reimagined through bold flavors, shared experiences, and a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere. For this Plantation location, Us Construction partnered with The ONE Group Hospitality to bring that vision to life through a full interior buildout.

From the signature sushi bar to custom millwork, lighting, and acoustical elements, every detail was shaped through close coordination across teams (design, construction, & operations) ensuring the space honors the spirit of the brand while performing seamlessly day to day.

This , we’re celebrating a project that truly embodies transformation.

North Bay Village went from complete demolition to a full ground-up rebuild on the same waterfront property, panoramic bay, and Miami skyline views in just six months from demolition beginning to open.

We delivered teppanyaki dining rooms, a sushi lounge, and indoor/outdoor bars while executing 180 foundation piles, full site utilities, 22 commercial hoods, and sophisticated MEP systems with precision.

This rebuild was made possible through seamless collaboration within our team and close partnership with the client and design teams proving that collaboration and accountability turn bold visions into reality. This project reminds us that together, we build better. That’s the Power of Us.

A standout addition to South Coral Gables, 1537 San Remo proves that even the tightest footprint can deliver bold results.

Built ground-up between two existing 10-story buildings, this new five-story, 35,000-square-foot medical landmark is being delivered with precision, agility, and smart coordination from start to finish.

Owned by Dr. Marcelo Ghersi of Plastic Surgery Institute, this project represents more than a new development. Over 15 years ago, we built Dr. Ghersi’s original office — making this a true testament to long-standing relationships built on trust, consistency, and shared growth.

The building will be home to a three-floor plastic surgery center, with two additional floors for future tenants, and features striking architectural details and a rooftop terrace that bring a modern yet timeless presence to the neighborhood.

In collaboration with WHAA Architects, Crognale Construction Management, and REFORMA, this vision is actively being brought to life through strong partnership and seamless ex*****on.
