**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential business prospects in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and industry partners.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
2. **Sales & Customer Relations**:
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in customer acquisition.
3. **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product or service improvements.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer needs and industry trends.
4. **Contract Management**:
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations and project management teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
5. **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, client feedback, and any other relevant data.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably within the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong understanding of concrete protective floor coatings, waterproofing solutions, and garage renovations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
