Carlota Mine is a Silver Sponsor for this event and has donated a unique piece of artwork to be auctioned during the evening. The theme is Copper Reflections, to which we have shared site photos and artifacts to be displayed and used as part of the décor.

The event is open to the public, all details are included on the attached flyer. Hope to see you there to celebrate our Mining heritage and to support a good cause.

PHOENIX — Motorists who travel regularly on US 60 between Globe and Phoenix need to be aware of a series of upcoming improvement projects that will impact traffic on the highway this summer.

Carlota General Manager Dave Cook will talk about the Carlota Copper mine at the next Miami Hardscrabble presentation. The program includes the mine’s history and what is happening at the mining property now.

It will be on Wednesday (November 19) at 6:30 pm at the Bullion Plaza Cultural Center and Museum, 150 N. Plaza Circle in Miami. The presentation is free and light refreshments will be served.
