"Ordered propane from Pico on 11 July 2024, recieved order on 13 July 2024 in midst of hurricane Beryl when everyone was very busy, I was impressed with the response time. I was runninng a whole home generator and was almost out.

I had ordered from another vendor who I been using since the mid 1990's, I orginally order from them on 09 July 2024, but they failed to show up, they wouldn't even answer the phone and their mail box was full. I had to drive to Brazoria to place an order.

When Pico showed up on that Saturday and filled my tank I was still waiting on the other vendor, when I tried to call the other vendor to cancell that order they still were not answering their phone and the mail box was full. willl be using Pico from now on." – Ken S.
