Our summer internships wrapped up this week with Marcelo Perez, rising junior Official Belen Jesuit Account
Marcelo learned how to design air conditioning and electrical for studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartments. He also learned to draft his designs on AutoCad. We are proud of work and look forward to seeing his designs in the future!

We hosted two new interns this week, Sebastian Larrauri Belen Alumni Association class of 2025, and Michael Joseph Carney Official Belen Jesuit Account class of 2027 spent the week learning the many facets of of engineering. We also welcome back Jose Romano, Belen Alumni Association class of 2026 this summer. Jose has become an asset to Franyie Engineers Inc. every summer, fitting right in just like family. The future of engineering is bright!

We’re proud of our work designing the for Excel Miami.

Repost from Since breaking ground in December 2024, our team has made immense progress on the 24-story Excel Miami residential tower. The project has come from rendering to reality, including exterior stucco application and pool finishes in progress and flooring and cabinet installation complete through level 22.

One of our two current projects in partnership with Clearline Real Estate, Excel Miami will provide 427 apartments, a pool, yoga deck, fitness center, coworking space, and film room—meeting the increasing demand for diverse housing options in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District.
