We have officially kicked off our Summer Intern Program, and what better way to learn than with a jobsite visit.

There is no substitute for seeing the work firsthand—walking the site, meeting the teams that make it happen, and experiencing the collaboration, hard work, and commitment that go into every project. It's one thing to learn about construction in the classroom, but it's another to see it come to life in the field.

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who have made — and those who continue to make — tremendous sacrifices to protect our country, our freedoms and our rights.

A big thank you to all those on our team who have served, we sincerely thank you for your courage, dedication and service to our nation.

This Memorial Day, we are reminded that the freedoms we enjoy each day are only possible because of the sacrifices made by so many before us. We honor their legacy with gratitude and respect. God Bless America.

2200 Brickell continues to make its mark on Brickell as the landscaping and exterior details come together. The rooftop pool and amenity deck stand out as a signature highlight, offering incredible views overlooking the Miami skyline.

Capri Place II is rising quickly as work continues on the second-floor deck.

This exciting project will deliver much-needed affordable and workforce housing to the Miami community. Located at 8001 NW 27th Avenue, the 8-story mixed-use development will feature 180 affordable housing residences—including 173 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 7 townhomes—along with 3,040 square feet of ground-floor retail.

The project also includes a three-level parking garage with 232 spaces and resident amenities such as a pool and spa, all within a total building area of approximately 317,975 square feet.
