Ortega Construction Company stepped in following the original General Contractor's default, taking on the challenge of resolving outstanding issues and moving the project toward completion while maintaining a strong focus on quality.

Resolved 19 outstanding permits and critical construction activities.
Improved project coordination and accelerated construction progress.
Completed the project in Q1 2026, months ahead of the original Q3 2026 projection.
