Still buzzing from the Culture FYI’RS workshop 💬

Always special to be back at FYI, and even more meaningful to spend this time sharing and building alongside such an open and curious group.

We had artists, executives, and genuinely curious creatives all in one room, ready to explore. Introducing Luma Agents and watching ideas take shape in minutes using Uni-1 was a highlight. The range of what people created in such a short time was incredible.

This session was all about getting past the blank page and just starting, and the energy in the room made that feel easy.

Huge thank you to Julie and Roneal for the invitation and for bringing together such an inspiring community. Excited for what’s ahead and to see what everyone continues to create beyond FYI 🚀🎬🎨

SXSW in Austin just hits different 🤠✨
From building films from scratch in the morning to watching it all come to life on the backlot by sunset, this one felt special.

From Prompt Till Post to Till Dusk Do Us Part

We kicked things off with a hands-on workshop with creatives, agencies, and filmmakers moving from idea to ex*****on in real time. Storyboards, character consistency, video workflows, and seeing it all come together on screen just hours later.

We were also fortunate to host an incredible panel featuring

Then we opened up Troublemaker Studios and let it ride. Good people, great energy, and a live set from CHINGON as the sun went down over the backlot.

Grateful for the incredible energy and turnout at Sundance this week. ✨

I had the chance to walk a packed UTA House through how we’re using AI to create cinematic shots, and the response was pretty incredible. Per our partners, it was the most RSVP’d and most well-attended panel of the week, with a line out the door and standing room only.

Big thanks to for the thoughtful moderation that really landed with a room full of creatives, and to for captivating the audience as he shared his journey from animating the original Toy Story characters to now working with our Luma AI tools to enhance his workflows, all while keeping human authenticity front and center.

Guess who’s heading to Sundance Film Festival 2026? 🎬

I’m excited to be attending Sundance with the Luma AI team and spending time with filmmakers, creators, and industry leaders pushing creative boundaries and exploring what’s next for cinema.

During the festival, I’ll be speaking at Après AI (AWS + Luma AI Event) at UTA House with one of the hottest spots on Main Street during Sundance. We’re co-hosting the evening with and I’m looking forward to the conversations where creativity, technology, and film collide.
