We're hiring a Mid-level Structural Engineer for our Safety practice in Dayton, OH.

In this role, you'll:

✅ Lead fall protection design projects from analysis through construction documents
✅ Analyze building components used to support fall protection systems
✅ Coordinate directly with clients and a sharp design team
✅ Travel to project sites across the U.S. to see the work come to life

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Bachelor's in civil, architectural, or mechanical engineering (PE preferred)
- CAD experience (Revit and Bluebeam are a plus)
- Familiarity with OSHA 1910 and ANSI Z359

💰 $90,000–$130,000 based on experience and certifications.

In our Ladder Safety Month outreach in March, we focused heavily on raising awareness about OSHA's fixed ladder fall protection requirements, which included a deadline of November 2036.

OSHA has reopened discussion around fixed ladder fall protection requirements, following a petition submitted by some industry organizations. Public comments are open through June 5, 2026, and we encourage organizations to review the proposed changes, evaluate how they may impact their facilities, and participate in the conversation.
