Price per square foot is one of the most misleading numbers in new home construction 👀

Tug breaks it down simply: you would not go to a Honda dealership and ask how much per pound. Same idea. The number alone tells you nothing about the quality, the finishes, the process, or the builder standing behind it. A home built for $100 a square foot and a home built for $200 a square foot are not the same home and they are not the same experience
