Grand Design RV will be closed today (July 3rd) and tomorrow (July 4th) in observance of Independence Day. We will resume normal business hours July 5th. Thank you for understanding and have a safe holiday!

Grand Design Customer Service will be closing at 3:00 p.m. EST on Friday, December 23rd in observance of Christmas. While our phone and service customer care will be active, warehouse and service department will not be open on the 23rd in anticipation of severe winter weather. Customer Service will return to normal operations on Tuesday, December 27th.

In observance for the New Year, Customer Service will close at 3:00 p.m. EST on December 30th and return to normal business on January 3rd, 2023.

We hope you all have a safe and joyous holiday season.

Grand Design will be implementing new Customer Service software November 29th & 30th, retail service will be down with limited response barring critical or emergency situations. If you are not in an emergency situation, please email [email protected] and all inquiries will be answered in the order they were received. Normal operations will resume at 8AM Eastern time on Thursday, December 1st. Please expect delays within the Customer Service Department within the next week or so as we make this change so that we can best assist our GDRV owners. We appreciate your patience!

Grand Design Customer Service will be closing in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday at 3PM Eastern time Wednesday, November 23rd and will open again at 8AM Monday November 28th . We will respond to all inquiries in the order that they were received when we return. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out to an authorized dealer directly. We hope that our Grand Design family has a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!
