We’re looking to add a few people to our crew at Dill Construction Inc.

We’ve handled some of the largest and most well-known flooring contracts in the Treasure Valley and across the state, and we’ve got another big project starting January 2026. We’re looking for solid, dependable people to join the team.

Experience helps, but it’s not required. If you’re willing to learn and put in the work, we’re open to training.

Looking for:
• Floor prep crew (scraping, undercutting, sweeping, patchwork, glue)
• Flooring installers (LVP, LVT, and other commercial flooring products)

Pay depends on experience. Work is consistent, with the main contract located in Nampa.

A few months back, we knocked out corridor finishes at The Arthur, Idaho’s tallest residential building. Carpet tile and baseboards… no shortcuts, no surprises. Just clean work and smooth ex*****on.

This wasn’t the only work we completed at The Arthur. Our team also installed baseboards throughout a large portion of the nearly 300 units in this 26-story high-rise.

When you’re used to handling some of the biggest contracts in the state, projects like this are just business as usual.
