Keep Middletown Beautiful, Inc is a Non-Profit 501-(C)3 Organization currently celebrating its 25th year as a Keep America Beautiful Affiliate. This organization was founded by the late Della Ewalt, a dedicated teacher and well respected member of the community. We are proud to continue her efforts and are dedicated to beautifying and improving the Middletown community through programming and educ

ation. Keep Middletown Beautiful (KMB) continues to address the areas of litter prevention, waste reduction and community beautification. KMB works with government agencies, businesses, civic groups and volunteers to ensure that Middletonians have every opportunity to make Middletown an example of cleanliness and one of the most beautiful cities in the region.

The 2nd annual Paint the Plow Contest has begun for students in grades 8-12. Two school winners will have the opportunity to display their design on BCEO snowplows around the area this winter.

Mark your calendars to join us this Friday, July 24 for a Night Hike with a Naturalist! We will meet at the shelter house at 8:30p. Please wear closed toe walking shoes, bug spray, and bring a flashlight- preferably with a red light, though we will have red paper to cover any white lights. (Red lights are less disruptive to our nocturnal wildlife!) We hope to see you in the woods!
