MotherAirHVAC just completed our first rooftop changeout! Although I have done hundreds of these while working in the HVAC industry for other companies this is the first one we took on here at MotherAirHVAC. It was a 12 ton York RTU and it was for a medical center. We originally went out on a referral from another customer. They took separate bids and we had the best numbers. So after we reached an agreement we immediately reached out to York and ordered a new unit that was a direct replacement. We ordered up a crane and when the unit came in we got to work immediately. We took the old one off the roof and then set the new one. We had everything hooked up and ready to rock and roll in about 5 hours. Then we fired it off to check operation and everything worked flawlessly. This is just hopefully one of many to come. At MotherAirHVAC we love taking on any new projects and look at them as opportunities to show what we can do. We specialize in HVAC Changeouts and custom Mitsubishi systems. MotherAirHVAC was at it again this week with another Mitsubishi hyper heat system. This particular system is a 3 ton heat pump with 2- 1.5 ton indoor ceiling mounted ducted units. We chose this particular system for this application because it was an old farm house and this customer wanted to do away with their existing baseboard heating system and loud window A/C units. They also didn’t want their house completely cut up and ductwork ran from the basement up to the attic taking away some of the integrity of the house along with valuable space. So we chose this two zone Mitsubishi system and put one slimline air handler in the attic and one in the basement. Both of the indoor units connect outside to a single heat pump unit which is capable of delivering heat into the negative digits without the need for electric backup heat. So this customer got a custom Mitsubishi hyper heat pump system that will cut their home heating and A/C bill in half and last them for years to come. Check out this CUSTOM install that MotherAirHVAC just completed. This customer wanted a 5 zone Mitsubishi heat pump system with 4 one way ceiling cassettes and one set of ports for future use. They knew exactly what they wanted and that’s exactly what MotherAirHVAC delivered! We got to work and removed the old heat pump system, attic unit, and all the old fiberglass duct board that made up almost there entire duct system. Then installed the new system. We put in an ultra high efficiency Mitsubishi heat pump system with 4 low profile ceiling mounted ductless units. Now this customer will have a steady source of heat and air condition throughout their entire home with no ductwork. Check out this Mitsubishi ducted unit that MotherAirHVAC finished for a customer. This customer wanted a reliable heat and a/c source in this older style house. So MotherAirHVAC got to work and got this customer a 3 ton 2-zone Mitsubishi heat pump system with two indoor ducted fan coil units. These units are very small in footprint and are meant to be hung on the ceiling and have duct work ran off of both ends. We put one unit in the basement and ducted it to service the first floor and the second unit was installed in the attic serving the second floor.
