I would love to see the entire Republican Party come together, especially here in New Jersey. Unfortunately, too many people within the party seem more focused on protecting the political machine they’ve built over the years than truly fighting for the people they were elected to represent.
I put myself on the line to challenge that machine. It was an uphill battle from day one, but it was a necessary battle. I was heavily outnumbered, slandered, they spread lies about me and my family and they had almost every elected official in the state come out against me with false and defamatory lies. The sad thing is for the past 15 years I’ve worked to help hundreds of candidates to cross New Jersey many of them getting elected, I worked directly with the NJGOP and helping them organize in Middlesex County and across the state when I was the communications director in Middlesex. I went head-to-head with Cory Booker and forced him into a debate during the U.S. senate race and I went Toe to toe with Phil Murphy on Twitter, calling out his tyrannical policies. I ran because people need help, because my grandfather a World War II veteran needed help and wasn’t able to get it even from those who I thought would be willing to help, which is why I ultimately decided to run . But with all those factors against me and the lies they spread so that the establishment can keep control, we still made one of the strongest showings our county has seen in years and came within just 1,800 votes out of more than 32,000 cast. 
I refuse to let that effort be in vain. I want my daughter to grow up in a country she recognizes and can be proud of. A country built on freedom, sacrifice, hard work, and the values that generations of Americans fought and bled to protect.
I want Republicans to win. I truly do. But I also believe we have to be honest with ourselves. We cannot keep allowing career politicians and fake conservatives to pretend they are fighting for the people while they spend more time protecting their own interests and growing their bank accounts.
America deserves leaders with courage, conviction, and integrity. That is the America I believe in, and I’m not backing down from fighting for it.
The battle has just begun, not for personal victory, but for the people whose voices are falling on deaf ears and whose concerns are swept under the rug by yet another politician making empty promises.
