Preparations are near 97% completed.
ThreatCon - ORANGE remains.

ThreatCon will be increased to RED on December 15th due to the possible end of the world (or rather, for when people start acting crazy).

Update:
- ATOC has been on Alert Code: ORANGE since Monday.
- Reserve power insufficent but meeting minimum needs.
- Internal enviromental controls are operating at a minmum; internal enviroment is cold.
- Staff and Operators have been and continue to be up & running effectively.
- Security has been doubled since the event and no problems or engagements as of yet.
- There is an increase in reports of break-ins and looting in the local area has caused ATOC members to extend Condition 1 status.
- Stay alert. Stay safe. Stay alive.
- Out.

- Defcon color: yellow.
- Long range visual device installed at ATOC.
- Emergency rations received a shipment; now at 60% stocked.
- Ammo reserves at 40% and growing.
- Reports of M. Kaiser in the local area have caused the loss of ATOC teams and multiple injuries among the civilian population. Several teams were sent out in pursuit; none returned...
