A bit of a late post, but here’s cabinetry we installed for a custom home!
A few special features include:
1. A bench to take off your shoes
2. A built-in microwave
3. Open shelving on either side of the hood
4. A wine rack

Concrete porches are in! We had to come and install supports, in order to keep the original woodwork.

Things are moving along over near Apple Mountain! We’ve been working on the trim work ourselves, and ready to tackle the cabinetry soon.

Back in October, we spent a week replacing Avery’s windows.
Installing windows on a new build is one thing, replacing windows on a century old house is another entirely!
Room by room, we replaced all eighteen windows. Turned out nicely!

Out of all the kitchens we’ve installed ourselves, the cabinetry for this customer was one of the bigger orders; just look at all of those boxes!
The finishing touches haven’t been done yet, but I’d say the kitchen/butlers pantry turned out pretty well!
The last clip is a little peak at a section of the railing.

If you ever think about purchasing a fixer-upper… be aware what you’re getting yourself into!
Avery (this property) has been a hassle, but we’re finally getting to some real progress.
Pictured above is the ‘remodel’ of the old kitchen, now going to be a bathroom/utility closet.

Over at our fixer upper, Avery, some big projects are getting done. The blocks were all laid (quite well, thank you Davey).
Beginning of October we’ll be framing up the floor and walls for this section of the house, and windows replacement after that.

This front door is at our custom home over by Linden—what a door!
It was definitely a challenge installing it, close to 1000 pounds. Worth all the effort, just look at it!

There’s a surprising amount of work that goes on between priming and painting!
Early September was filled with trimming out the custom home for my daughter.
Next up—paint!

This room has been giving us a bit of trouble over at our fixer upper.
We noticed some water damage and a sunken floor, so we investigated. Not one, two, or even three layers of flooring—four! Including a layer of insulation.
One thing led to another, and now we’re re-laying the cinder block foundation and rebuilding the room from there. Fixer upper problems.
