LOOKING FOR A CONTRACTOR TO BUILD A DECK FOR MY CLIENT - CINCINNATI, OH
I have complete, permit-ready plans for a 48' x 18' (864 sq ft) wood deck for a client's home in Cincinnati (45240 area). Looking for labor quotes from experienced contractors.
Project details:
• Deck elevated 8' above grade
• 6x6 PT posts, double 2x10 beams, 2x10 joists @ 16" o.c.
• 18 concrete footings (12" dia x 36" deep)
• Ledger anchored to brick masonry wall
• 3'-wide stairs with landing platform, 13 risers
• Full perimeter guardrail per code
• Plans and materials list are already done (I provide them)
I have the full set: site plan, foundation plan, elevations, construction details, and materials list — all I need is a labor/installation quote for my client.
