We’re hiring a Delivery Driver for our Henderson, TX area.

In this role, the driver will be responsible for delivering chemical products to customer locations, loading and unloading materials in compliance with safety and DOT regulations, completing delivery documentation, maintaining accurate logs, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and providing strong customer service while representing the company in the field. Candidates should have a valid CDL Class A license, a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and the ability to work outdoors while handling hoses and delivery equipment. Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are required, and prior chemical, tanker, or oilfield delivery experience is a plus.

One Team. One Goal. Everyone Home Safe.

Safety is not something that begins when the workday starts. It begins the night before with proper rest, preparation, and a plan for the conditions ahead. As Rex Scown shared, summer safety starts with hydration. Employees should begin drinking water and electrolytes the day or evening before heading into the field, then continue hydrating throughout the workday.

Just as important is knowing when to pause. Building planned stop points into routine tasks can help employees stay focused, reduce distractions, and identify new hazards before they become serious issues.

Speaking up matters, too. A potential issue should never go unaddressed, and an opportunity to help a teammate should never be ignored. Sometimes the person who needs support may be hesitant to ask.

Safety teams can provide the tools, training, and knowledge employees need to make informed decisions. But at its core, safety is personal. It requires each of us to take ownership, stay accountable, and look out for the people working beside us.
