The work that prevents incidents doesn’t always get seen.

It’s the extra time spent on an inspection.
The hazard that gets called out early.
The decision to stop and take a closer look.

At Victory Well Servicing, those actions are being recognized more consistently because they are what keep crews safe and operations running the way they should.

Our latest article highlights a few recent examples from the field, including:

➡️ Increased engagement and participation from crews on location
➡️ Hazard IDs that caught equipment issues before they became incidents
➡️ The kind of attention to detail that keeps work controlled from start to finish

As HSE Manager Mike Diaz puts it:

“If we have everyone participating, our ability to spot hazards and trends grows significantly.”

This is what strong safety performance looks like in practice.

Not big moments.
Consistent ones.

The rig doesn't stop. Neither does the crew.

At Victory Well Servicing, our 24/7 operating model is built around one principle: the same crews rotate through both day and night tours on the same rig, with the same equipment, leadership, and expectations throughout the full rotation.

When the crew stepping onto the rig already knows the operation, the equipment, and where the job stands, handoffs are cleaner, communication is sharper, and work keeps moving.

For drill-outs, completions, complex workovers, and clean-outs, that consistency shows up across every shift:

✅ Cleaner handoffs between tours
✅ No relearning the job at shift change
✅ Consistent ex*****on from the first task to the last
✅ Fewer delays tied to coordination gaps
✅ One team, aligned start to finish

Structured rotations, experienced crews, and clear communication across every shift. That's the advantage Victory brings to the field.

The Rig Manager role isn’t something you fully see from the outside.

Most of the work happens before the job starts and in the moments where things don’t go exactly as planned. Aligning the crew, checking the details, making decisions when conditions shift, and keeping everything moving without losing control of the operation.

At Victory Well Servicing, the role sits at the center of it all. Not just overseeing the work, but being accountable for how it runs across the entire shift.

We broke that down in our latest article, including what the day actually looks like and how Rig Managers influence both performance and the crew around them.

A few weeks back, we were out at the 9th Annual Tee Off Fore Bynum tournament, hosted by Shale Energy Resources.

With 500+ golfers and dozens of companies involved, it’s a strong reminder of what this industry looks like when everyone shows up for a cause.

The tournament supports the students and staff at the Bynum School, helping fund programs, resources, and day-to-day support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

We were recognized with Best Tent Setup on the day.

It was a well-run event, a strong turnout, and something we’re proud to be part of.

Already looking forward to the next one.

Safety performance is built in the field.

It shows up in how crews communicate, how hazards are identified, and how decisions are made on every shift.

At Victory Well Servicing, that approach is being strengthened through how we recognize the behaviours that support safe, consistent operations.

In our latest article, HSE Manager Mike Diaz shares how recognition is used to:

➡️ Reinforce what “good” looks like on location
➡️ Encourage participation across crews and leadership
➡️ Support ownership of safety in the field

As Mike puts it:

“Sometimes less is more. If we’re not careful, we can end up adding layers that don’t improve safety. They just create noise.”

The focus is simple. Keep it practical. Keep it relevant. Keep it owned by the people doing the work.

On a service rig, the driller runs the job.

At Victory Well Servicing, the driller is responsible for how the operation moves. From the first instruction to the final check, the role controls the pace, coordinates the crew, and responds to what the well is doing in real time.

This is a position built for experienced hands who are ready to take full responsibility for the operation.

On any given shift, that means:

➡️ Operating and controlling hoisting systems, pumps, and servicing equipment
➡️ Monitoring pressures, loads, and returns as conditions change
➡️ Coordinating movements between the derrick and the rig floor
➡️ Setting direction for the crew and keeping ex*****on aligned

It is not just about running the controls. It is about maintaining control of the job.

At Victory, drillers are supported by a structured operating model:

✅ 24/7 operations with disciplined 20/10 crew rotations
✅ Continuous pay, including time between assignments spent on maintenance and rig readiness
✅ Company-owned, well-maintained equipment
✅ Consistent crews and clear operating standards

If you’re an experienced driller looking to lead the operation and work within a system built for consistency, we’ve outlined the full role in our latest article.

Ex*****on starts before the job does.

At Victory Well Servicing, crews, equipment, and leadership are aligned ahead of time, so work begins the way it should. Organized, steady, and controlled from the first task.

Across Midland, New Mexico, South Texas, and Utah, we support the work that drives production schedules:

➡️ Drillouts and completions
➡️ Workovers and interventions
➡️ Fishing jobs and casing repairs

Here’s what that looks like on location:

✅ Engineered rigs with torque control and clean pipe handling
✅ Pumps from 600 HP to 1250 HP
✅ Dual BOPs with accumulator support
✅ Optional live data for real-time visibility
✅ 24/7 operations with disciplined 20/10 crew rotations
✅ High-bar maintenance and detailed service logs

This is how work runs clean from shift to shift, with consistent crews, prepared equipment, and clear direction on location.

If you’re aligning upcoming work, Victory brings the structure to execute it properly.
