After the Audit: How the Client Relationship Develops

Rig 106 and Rig 101 are working for a major client. The audits are done, the crews are deployed, and the program is running. Now Rig 107, a total Level 4 rebuild, brand new from the ground up, is coming to the yard for its audit in order to replace Rig 101, which will come back for its own Level 4 rebuild.

And even though Rig 107 has never been on location, it goes through the full client audit before it goes to work. New equipment doesn’t change the standard. At Victory Well Servicing, every rig that goes to work for a major client is confirmed ready before it leaves the yard.

That’s the continuous improvement cycle in action. Major client audit standards evolve on an ongoing basis; requirements get refined, new items get added, and the bar moves between engagements. Victory’s job is to stay current with that process and contribute to how it develops.

What that looks like in practice:

➡️ A formal debrief at the close of every engagement; both sides assess what worked and what carries forward

➡️ Victory doesn’t push back on updated requirements; when the standard changes, the team adapts

➡️ Regular check-ins built into the schedule; weekly reviews, open lines at every level, issues closed out with a timeline

➡️ Operators engaged directly with the people doing the work

The feedback Victory receives from major clients is consistent; the teams communicate well, stay on top of everything, and engage fully in the process.

The audit requirements will change. Victory’s approach to working within them won’t.

Audit Passed. Rigs Deployed. Here’s What Comes Next.

Earlier this year, Victory Well Servicing began the client audit process for a major operator program. Rig 106 went through the yard first, undergoing a comprehensive inspection that covered every piece of equipment, every safety system, and every training record against the client’s full requirements.

It passed and went to work. Rig 101 followed close behind, going through the same process with the same rigour. It passed and went to work.

Two rigs. Two audits. Both fully prepared before the first shift started.

Here’s what sustained compliance looks like once the rigs are deployed:

➡️ All three rotation crews briefed on the client’s requirements before any of them go to location
➡️ The client’s auditors walk through requirements with Victory’s team directly; any additional training is completed before mobilization
➡️ The client’s standard is reinforced at every shift change briefing and applied consistently, regardless of which crew is on shift
➡️ Certifications and compliance requirements tracked and renewed throughout the full duration of the program

What clients find when they step onto a Victory location:

✅ A crew that already knows the standard
✅ Equipment confirmed and in place before the job starts
✅ 24/7 operations on structured 20/10 rotations with consistent crews every shift
✅ Issues surfaced, assigned a timeline, and closed out

A well-servicing crew that shows up prepared changes how the whole job runs.

At Victory Well Servicing, operators don't get a crew that's figuring it out on location.

They get people who have worked together, know the equipment, and understand what's expected before the first task starts.

Across West Texas, New Mexico, South Texas, and Utah, we handle the work that keeps production moving:

➡️ Drillouts and completions
➡️ Workovers and interventions
➡️ Fishing jobs and casing repairs

Here's what that looks like on location:

✅ Engineered rigs with torque control and clean pipe handling
✅ Pumps from 600 HP to 1,250 HP
✅ Dual BOPs with accumulator support
✅ Optional live data for real-time visibility
✅ 24/7 operations with disciplined 20/10 crew rotations
✅ High-bar maintenance and detailed service logs

Same crews. Same standards. Every shift.

If you're planning upcoming work, reach out directly.

Before a Victory rig goes to work for a major client, it goes through a comprehensive audit.

At Victory Well Servicing, that process covers every piece of equipment, every safety system, every training record, and every procedure on the rig; against a client standard applied uniformly across every contractor on their program.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

➡️ The audit runs in the yard before any rig goes to location
➡️ Any gaps between Victory's standard setup and the client's specification are identified and closed before mobilization
➡️ Equipment is sourced, confirmed, and documentation updated before sign-off
➡️ All three rotation crews are briefed on the client's requirements before the first shift starts

What operators get on the other side:

✅ Crews that arrive on location are already aligned with the client's standard
✅ A service company that knows the audit process and moves through it efficiently
✅ 24/7 operations supported by structured 20/10 crew rotations, with consistent crews on every shift

Victory has been through this process across multiple clients and multiple rigs. The categories are familiar, the process is understood, and the rigs arrive ready.

Heat Management on the Rig. No Shortcuts.

West Texas summer heat is unforgiving.

Victory's Heat Management Program prepares crews before they're ever on site and keeps them protected through every shift.

Before crews step onto a Victory rig in summer conditions, they're trained to recognize the early signs of heat stress, understand how to respond, and know when to call it.

Heat illness escalates fast in the field. The goal is to catch it before it becomes a problem.

On every Victory site, that training is backed by:

✅ Air-Conditioned Trailers on-site around the clock for crew rest and recovery

✅ Cold Water Available at all times, on every shift

✅ Scheduled Breaks built into the workflow to keep crews alert and sharp

✅ 24/7 Safety Oversight — the same standard applies at 2 PM and 2 AM

Victory Well Servicing. Built for the conditions.

The work that prevents incidents doesn’t always get seen.

It’s the extra time spent on an inspection.
The hazard that gets called out early.
The decision to stop and take a closer look.

At Victory Well Servicing, those actions are being recognized more consistently because they are what keep crews safe and operations running the way they should.

Our latest article highlights a few recent examples from the field, including:

➡️ Increased engagement and participation from crews on location
➡️ Hazard IDs that caught equipment issues before they became incidents
➡️ The kind of attention to detail that keeps work controlled from start to finish

As HSE Manager Mike Diaz puts it:

“If we have everyone participating, our ability to spot hazards and trends grows significantly.”

This is what strong safety performance looks like in practice.

Not big moments.
Consistent ones.

The rig doesn't stop. Neither does the crew.

At Victory Well Servicing, our 24/7 operating model is built around one principle: the same crews rotate through both day and night tours on the same rig, with the same equipment, leadership, and expectations throughout the full rotation.

When the crew stepping onto the rig already knows the operation, the equipment, and where the job stands, handoffs are cleaner, communication is sharper, and work keeps moving.

For drill-outs, completions, complex workovers, and clean-outs, that consistency shows up across every shift:

✅ Cleaner handoffs between tours
✅ No relearning the job at shift change
✅ Consistent ex*****on from the first task to the last
✅ Fewer delays tied to coordination gaps
✅ One team, aligned start to finish

Structured rotations, experienced crews, and clear communication across every shift. That's the advantage Victory brings to the field.
