The Texas Rail Road Commison has instituted new requirements on H-15 testing for operators and third party service companies providing Fluid Levels or integrity testing. T&I will be working with its customers and adjusting T&Is WELL MANAGEMENT system as necessary to help ensure that each report meets RRC requirements. This will also include pricing of each test which will be discussed with all customers as well as any new potential customers.
According to RRC, the requirements are now as follows.
• Job Number: Every H-15 now needs a unique job number.
• Scheduling: Schedule your survey at least 72 hours in advance.
• Timing: Conduct the survey exactly at the scheduled time.
• Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? Give a 24-hour notice, or you’ll need a new job number.
• Communication: Email the required info to the RRC and wait for your job number.

When emailing, include:
• Lease or API Number
• Date & Time of Test
• Well Coordinates (GPS)
• Company Name & Contact Info
• Tester Name & Contact Info
