Creating, reviewing & submitting invoices
Ticket reconciliation
GPS time verification
Matching field tickets, POs, rates & hours
Tracking rejected/disputed invoices
Collections & past-due invoice follow-up
Customer billing portals
Excel
Organizing tickets, BOLs, POs & supporting documentation
Oilfield, trucking, and/or service-company billing experience is strongly preferred.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented and experienced. You must be able to catch billing discrepancies, missing tickets, incorrect rates/hours and documentation issues before invoices are submitted.

HSE / DOT COMPLIANCE MANAGER — Belloc Energy Services & Transport (Midland, TX)

B.E.S.T. is growing and we need a sharp, detail-oriented HSE/DOT Manager to own our safety culture and keep our compliance program bulletproof. This role protects our people, our licenses, and our ability to work with the best clients in the basin.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide HSE policies and procedures
- Manage all FMCSA/DOT compliance including driver qualification files, ELD oversight, and HOS monitoring
- Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
- Oversee drug & alcohol testing program (pre-employment, random, post-incident)
- Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing employee training
- Manage ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta, and other operator compliance portals
- Coordinate with field foremen to ensure site-level safety compliance
- Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and insurance carriers as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years HSE experience in oilfield services, transportation, or heavy industry
- Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations, OSHA 1910/1926, and TCEQ requirements
- Experience managing DOT driver files and a carrier safety rating
- Familiarity with ISNetworld, Veriforce, or similar compliance platforms
- OSHA 30, TWIC, or CSHO certification a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills — you manage the details so the business can move

FIELD FOREMAN — Belloc Energy Services & Transport (Permian Basin)

B.E.S.T. is expanding operations across the Permian Basin and needs a proven Field Foreman to lead crews and manage daily field operations. If you lead by example, communicate clearly, and get things done without being babysat — we want to talk.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise and direct field crews in day-to-day oilfield transport and services operations
- Serve as primary point of contact between field personnel and management
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and per client specs
- Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and document field activity
- Monitor equipment usage, coordinate maintenance needs, and report issues promptly
- Assist with onboarding, training, and performance coaching of field employees
- Represent B.E.S.T. professionally with clients in the field

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years oilfield field operations, at least 2 in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of Permian Basin ops, safety standards, and site protocol
- Ability to read, understand, and enforce work orders and safety plans
- Excellent communication skills with crews and management alike
- Valid Texas driver's license; CDL preferred
- H2S, OSHA 10/30, and other oilfield certifications a plus

Diesel Mechanic - Belloc Energy Services & Transport — Midland, TX · Full-Time

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered trucks, trailers, and oilfield equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, and pre/post-trip mechanical checks
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain systems
- Keep accurate service records and parts inventory
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations to minimize equipment downtime
- Support field teams with roadside repairs as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years diesel mechanic experience, preferably in oilfield or heavy transport
- Strong knowledge of Light & Heavy duty trucks and trailer systems
- Familiarity with DOT compliance and FMCSA regulations
- ASE certification preferred — not required for the right candidate
- Must provide your tools
- Valid Texas driver's license; CDL a plus
