Mudsmith has an immediate opening for admin assistant or office manager.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, SAP, Coupa, Open Invoice, ISN.

Experience with BNSF rail logistics is a plus.

Mudsmith is a non-smoking environment.

Hours are M-F, 7:30-3:30. Prefer someone who can occasionally give our dispatcher the weekend off (Saturday-Sunday, usually ~7:00 AM to 1:30PM)

Wages are dependent upon experience and industry climate. Health insurance, 401k & other benefits.

This person reports directly to and works closely with the owner (me).
