Thank you Chairman Cody Harris for the invitation to have our CEO, Stephen Peters, testify before the Texas House Committee on Natural Resources.

What started with a conversation in Midland earlier this year has turned into an important discussion about atmospheric water generation, new water sources for Texas, and creating a more efficient path for technologies like ours to be deployed.

We appreciate Chairman Harris and the committee members for their time and interest in Tsunami Products and our Typhoon AWG technology!

Industrial water infrastructure is evolving.

Houston-based DRL Engineering has selected Tsunami Products as its sustainable water technology partner for its 80,000 barrel-per-day refinery currently under construction in Taft, Texas.

The refinery will incorporate our large-scale Typhoon AWG system to produce both potable and process water on site, adding a sustainable source of water for refinery operations while reducing demand on conventional freshwater supplies and supporting DRL’s corporate ESG and long-term sustainability initiatives.

Water availability continues to grow as an increasingly critical consideration for industrial development across Texas and other water-constrained markets. As industrial demand grows, the question is no longer just how much water a facility requires, but where that water will come from over the life of the project.

DRL Engineering’s decision to incorporate atmospheric water capabilities into its water infrastructure portfolio reflects a broader shift we are seeing across industrial markets. Companies are looking for timely, practical solutions to diversify water supply, add capacity, reduce pressure on traditional freshwater resources, and build greater resilience into their operations.

We appreciate DRL Engineering’s confidence in our technology and look forward to supporting this exciting project and DRL’s vision for sustainable industry.

Every delivery represents another business choosing a more sustainable approach to drinking water.

Our Bahamas distributor, Celestial Water, harvests moisture from the atmosphere using Tsunami Products' atmospheric water generation technology, bottles it locally, and delivers it throughout the islands. This delivery to Firefly Sunset Resort ~ Hope Town, Abaco Bahamas is just one example of hotels and businesses embracing atmospheric water generation as part of a more resilient and sustainable water future.

Celestial Water is one of several Tsunami distributors around the world helping bring locally produced atmospheric water to communities every day.

Thank you to Neil and the Celestial Water team, along with Firefly Sunset Resort, for continuing to lead by example.

When the mission demands reliability, trust matters.

We're proud to share this testimonial from SSGT Michael L. Wheeler of the U.S. Air Force's 353rd Special Warfare Training Squadron.

His feedback highlights two principles that define Tsunami Products: delivering dependable atmospheric water generation technology and providing the expertise needed to successfully support government procurement and long-term customer success.

We're honored to support the men and women who serve our country and remain committed to developing American-made solutions that help strengthen water resilience wherever the mission takes them.

Last week, Tsunami Products was proud to serve as a main sponsor of the 2026 Nueces River Basin Summit and participate in important discussions surrounding the future of water in South Texas!

The summit brought together leaders from government, industry, and water authorities to address growing water challenges and explore solutions that will support the region’s long-term resilience and growth.

Our team was honored to showcase and demonstrate our atmospheric water generation (AWG) technology and discuss how water can be produced directly from the atmosphere to create new, sustainable water sources. By harvesting new water without drawing from aquifers, rivers, or reservoirs, these systems can help improve water security while reducing pressure on valuable groundwater resources.

Thank you to the Nueces River Authority for organizing an outstanding event and for their continued leadership in advancing water security throughout the region.

We are proud to see Tsunami Products’ atmospheric water generation technology featured on Al Jazeera English through our partner, Skydrops Water in Doha, Qatar!

The segment explores how Tsunami’s atmospheric water generation technology pulls moisture from the air and converts it into clean, drinkable water, while highlighting how decentralized water systems can help strengthen water security in regions facing increasing uncertainty around traditional water infrastructure.

Using an array of our T-500 systems, Skydrops is currently producing more than 40,000 bottles of water per day in Doha through decentralized atmospheric water generation.

As highlighted in the report, decentralized systems can help create additional layers of resilience by allowing water production to occur across multiple independent locations instead of relying entirely on centralized infrastructure.

By sustainably harvesting water from the atmosphere, this builds stronger, more resilient water networks capable of supporting communities and operations during uncertain times.

Thank you to Al Jazeera for highlighting this important conversation, and thank you to Skydrops Sustainable Water Solutions for continuing to lead innovation in sustainable water production across the GCC and Middle East.

Tsunami Products demonstrated our atmospheric water harvesting technologies at the San Patricio County Emergency Operations Center in Sinton, TX, last week!

We met with different regional stakeholders in the Coastal Bend, including elected officials, county emergency planning committees, water district leaderships, and industry representatives.

Tsunami is on a path with our atmospheric water technology to help address the water crisis in the Texas Coastal Bend and greater Corpus Christi area. By harvesting water from the air, municipalities and industries can successfully maintain water supply levels during this period of crisis and effectively mitigate the effects of water curtailment.

Thank you to the San Patricio County Office of Emergency Management and San Patricio County for helping in organizing and hosting this demonstration.

Featured by KIII 3 News in Corpus Christi, Tsunami Products demonstrated our atmospheric water generation technology in Robstown for local leaders and water officials at the Nueces River Authority.

One of our technologies, atmospheric water generation is designed to pull moisture from the air and produce pure drinking water, offering communities a new way to think about water access during a time when drought conditions and declining water levels are putting serious pressure on the region.

For communities like Mathis in the Coastal Bend Region, where water levels have been drying up, atmospheric water generation could become an important tool in strengthening long-term water resilience.

A Mathis city official shared that the town is already in talks about a possible partnership or pilot program, with potential projects involving the Texas Water Development Board and TCEQ. Once approved, Mathis would become the first city in the United States to pilot Tsunami Products’ atmospheric water generation devices as part of a municipal water solution.

Our team is working with state leaders to help identify pathways for quick approvals and funding so this our technologies can help answer urgent water needs in a timely manner.

As shared in this KIII segment, Tsunami Products is here to bring multiple solutions, including atmospheric water generation, to help expedite fixing water problems across Texas.

Midland company called Tsunami Products could bring relief to drought-stricken Mathis in the form of a test pilot program.
