I know I’ve said before that there’s more than one way to swing the club.

1st swing is quieter body with more active forearm rotation.

2nd swing is more body pivot with less arm action.

Neither one is right or wrong.

Find yours and swing your swing!

“Keep your head down”, well not necessarily.
The golf swing is more about staying in posture.
Much like divers and gymnasts, the body will follow head movement.

So if you can practice hitting some balls with your head turning towards target (while staying in posture) you can actually develop better extension and chest rotation. 🤷🏻‍♂️🏌🏼

Wanna sequence your swing better?
Try this drill called a ‘freezer’
Stop at the top of your swing for 2 or 3 seconds.
Then try to sequence on your way down from the ground up.
With the pause at the top, it’s very hard to hit a good shot if you don’t sequence right.
