in regards to customer satisfaction. TSI's traveling sales team is available to make sure all questions are answered and needs are met in a wide variety of locations. Paired with a knowledgeable office team who is available via phone, fax and e-mail, assisting with any questions and when it comes time to place an order. Our warehouse staff works diligently to make sure that orders are on time and correct ensuring our customers get exactly what they need by their due date. Catalogs & CAD drawings from a wide variety of TSI represented manufacturers can be sent to you based on your application's needs and your interests. TSI also provides an Overview Folder that hosts manufacturer fliers which is a great reference tool. Our dedicated services prove our commitment to successful business relationships and we consistently try to represent Tech Spec Inc. in a way that our customers know that they are number one on our priority list.
