Meet the Wolf Pack

Diego Flores (B.S.) - Field Technician

Diego Flores is a Texas A&M-Kingsville graduate, with a Bachelor of Science in geology, associate in business administration, and minor in geographic information systems. Diego started his career with Lobo Services Consulting on January 30th, 2023. Diego’s time with Lobo Services has allowed him to become familiar with rules and regulations pertaining to produced water and oil releases, in the Texas oil and gas fields. Diego has participated in numerous environmental Phase I & II assessments, as well as remediation oversite. Prior to joining the Lobo team, Diego was an wellsite geologist, for Gisler Brothers Logging.

John Vosika (B.S.) - Staff Geologist

John started at Lobo Services in March 2022 and returned to Lobo Services in April of 2024. Since then, he has gained experience in project management, site supervision, soil remediation, and soil sampling. John grew up in Midland, TX and graduated from Midland High School in 2016. In 2022, John graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Appalachian State University.

Prior to returning to Lobo Services, John was a Geologist for GHD in Decatur, AL where he would oversee subsurface site investigations including monitoring well installations, bore logging, groundwater sampling, and various hydrogeologic tests. He has also spent time as a lab technician at Pro-Tech Products, in Odessa, TX, where he gained experience conducting specific gravity checks, linear swell tests, and operating an X-ray Diffractometer (XRD).

Alessio A. Brito (B.S.) - Project Manager

Alessio joined Lobo Services in May of 2022. Since then, he has gained experience in project documentation, site supervision, environmental remediation, and soil sampling. In 2017, Alessio graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Geology and a Minor in Energy Studies from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin where he became proficient in core logging, subsurface mapping, and analyzing subsurface data.

Prior to joining Lobo Services, Alessio was a Logistics Administrator for PAJUAL Enterprise, LLC in Midland, TX where he facilitated truckers and managed DOT compliance operations. He has also spent time as a frac tool technician at Packers Plus, in Midland, TX, where he built and tested frac tools for a large variety of completion operations.

Jacob Ferguson (B.S.) - Environmental Scientist

Jacob Ferguson joined Lobo Services in September 2021. His responsibilities include: conducting site assessments, sampling events, and handling project/data management for several customers. Jacob has conducted site investigations and ESAs for oil and gas-producing properties. He is also responsible for the site remediations, site mapping, and report preparation.

Prior to working at Lobo Services, Jacob attended Tarleton State University where he became knowledgeable in different GIS programming software, as well as earning a Bachelor of Science in environmental science.

Ymelda Tavarez - Office Manager/Accountant

Ymelda Tavarez has been with Lobo Services since September of 2021. She attained her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in December of 2020. In addition to accounts receivable and accounts payable, Ymelda oversees and maintains the office’s day-to-day operations. While this is her first job in the Oil&Gas/Accounting industry, she has shown a stellar work ethic and attention to detail that has been highly beneficial to Lobo Services.

Eric Saucedo - Electrical Superintendent

Eric Saucedo, a native of Fabens, TX, graduated from Sul Ross State University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Sports Science. He kicked off his career in the oil & gas industry in Midland, TX, starting as an apprentice electrician and quickly discovered his passion for electrical work. Eric obtained his electrical Journeyman license in 2014 and expanded his skills to include project management and budgeting. In 2018, he took on the role of operations manager, overseeing both electrical and Powerline. By 2021, Eric earned his Master electrical license, bringing over 12 years of electrical experience to contribute to the growth of Lobo Services.
