Now Hiring: Account Manager, Water Transfer Sales
Flowpoint Services — Permian Basin
Flowpoint is expanding its water transfer division and is seeking an experienced account manager to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across our water transfer services in the oil and gas industry.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in water transfer sales and a strong understanding of oilfield water management, customer needs, and the Permian Basin market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Flowpoint's water transfer business
Identify and pursue new customers, projects, and market opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective oilfield customers
Coordinate with operations, estimating, and management to ensure successful project ex*****on
Monitor customer satisfaction, project progress, and account profitability
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and opportunity pipelines
Attend customer meetings, site visits, industry events, and networking opportunities
Consistently pursue revenue growth and meet or exceed established sales goals
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of water transfer sales experience in the oil and gas sector
Established relationships with oil and gas operators, drilling companies, completion companies, and other industry customers
Proven track record of generating sales, securing contracts, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong knowledge of oilfield water transfer operations, equipment, and services
Experience preparing bids, proposals, pricing, and customer presentations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and identify new business opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling water transfer services in the Permian Basin
Existing relationships with major oil and gas operators
Knowledge of frac water transfer, pump systems, and related oilfield water services
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field — preferred but not required with relevant experience
