10K 24″ x 10′ Cyclonic Sand Trap
The SSS 10K Cyclonic Sand Trap features a three-stage cyclonic action to create efficient separation in a compact vessel with a small footprint.
Our 10Ks come in two configurations for pipe sizing, a 2″ 1502 inlet and outlet with down risers to avoid working at heights, and a 3″ inlet and outlet for higher volume jobs.
3K Dual Chamber Desanding Filter
Sand Separation Solutions now offers a high efficiency sand filtration system. Our system has two chambers to allow the Operator to divert or by-pass flow from one chamber to the other, keeping filtration going 100% of the time, while allowing maintenance and filter changes when necessary.
SSS offers a full range of high performance, well-head solid control screens to fit any application and onsite training to the Operator. The Desanding Filter also includes a differential beacon and alarm, quick opening closures for easy filter changes, and full 3″ lines and valves. SSS filters stand up against the best in the market.
60″ x 15′ 1440 4 Phase Separator
Our 60″ test separator has continually proven to be one of the best in the business. With a true 4th phase consisting of a cyclonic insert and sand weir, it provides another line of defense for sand erosion on production equipment. With all 3″ lines and full 3″ bore dump valves, separators are ideal for high volume applications. SSS separators were built with the operator in mind, with all adjustable controls at located at the rear of the vessel, controlled safely from the deck of the trailer.
With a goal to be a full-service provider, SSS now offers 2″ and 3″ manifolds and pipe packages. Our high standards on equipment maintenance and dedicated shop staff means that SSS manifolds and pipe are thoroughly tested and redressed on every return.
Full 3rd-party re-certifications are done every year or by customer request. We offer 5, 9, and 10 valve manifolds in both sizes and can put custom packages together upon request.
