Proud to be on Y’all Street!

ProPetro is now listed on NYSE Texas, the newly launched fully electronic equities exchange headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

“It is an honor for ProPetro to join the NYSE Texas community. As a company deeply rooted in the Permian Basin, this milestone reflects our commitment to Texas and the state’s support of the broader energy industry,” said Sam Sledge, Chief Executive Officer of ProPetro.

ProPetro will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and trade with the same “PUMP” ticker symbol on NYSE Texas. We look forward to the opportunities this new exchange brings for our team and our shareholders!

As summer comes to a close, we want to thank our 2026 Summer Intern class for the time, energy, and perspective they brought to ProPetro.

Over the past few months, our interns gained hands-on experience across engineering, maintenance, technology, supply chain, analytics, operations, and more, working alongside teams throughout our organization and getting a firsthand look at the work that keeps ProPetro (plus Silvertip Completion Services and PROPWR!) moving.

We’re grateful for the contributions each of you made this summer and for the ProPetro team members who took the time to mentor, teach, and welcome our interns into the Permian.

Thank you for a great summer, and best of luck in everything ahead!

ProPetro’s second quarter reflects continued strength across the business, with increased utilization, resilient free cash flow from our completions operations, and meaningful progress as we scale PROPWR.

As market conditions continue to improve, we are investing in the areas we believe will drive the next phase of growth. That includes activating additional frac capacity to meet customer demand while continuing to deploy PROPWR assets across data center, oil and gas, and industrial markets.
