🚧 Murry & Kuhn Construction Update! 🚧

Another major milestone is complete here at FasTrac! The underground plumbing & utility infrastructure for this new dental facility has been successfully installed + inspected.

With the underground systems in place, we're one step closer to bringing this state-of-the-art dental office to life. Next up: pouring the slab this weekend

We're in the final stretch on this exciting Italian restaurant project! With construction nearly complete, the finishing touches are coming together, and this space is almost ready to open its doors.

Even the hardest-working members of the crew need a Tuesday pick-me-up! ☕🐶

Today's break time adventure included a quick trip to Starbucks for a well-earned pup cup before getting back to supervising the office team and boosting morale. Safety vest? Check. Hard hat? Check. Mid-day treat? Absolutely!

Fueling up one tail wag at a time and helping to keep the projects moving forward. 🦴🐾

We're making great strides on site as the masonry work is nearing completion, and the building's exterior is really starting to come together, reaching a major milestone in the construction process.

🚧 TEAM SPOTLIGHT: EDWIN PEREZ 🚧

For the past 9 years as Superintendent with FasTrac, Edwin serves as the on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and overseeing quality control to ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

🔨 What Edwin enjoys most about construction: The transformation process — watching a vacant piece of land become a finished building ready to serve its community and open for business.

⭐ Fun Facts / Background:
Outside of work, Edwin is a devoted Christian & preacher who strives to positively impact others through both his words & actions. He is also a talented multi-instrumentalist who plays piano, guitar, bass and drums. In his free time, he enjoys photography, powerlifting and staying active in the gym. Edwin was born in El Salvador, raised in Virginia, and is a proud dog owner to Luna - Blue Heeler & Axel - Beagle.
