ATTN CENTRAL KY : Ice storms can be tricky to navigate and it’s important to be prepared! We recommend you turn your thermostat to emergency heat until Saturday/Sunday (however long we have ice) if you have a heat pump system. This will protect your outdoor unit from forming ice when off, then turning back on and causing damage to the outdoor unit.
