As part of this exciting collaboration, the senior students put their creativity and skills to work by designing and submitting their own floor plans. Our Engineers, Management, Design, and Sales teams had the privilege of reviewing their work and selecting the Top 3 designs.

Congratulations to the winners! Your hard work and innovation truly stood out. Each received an award and scholarship from Ritz-Craft in recognition of their achievement. We’re honored to support the next generation of designers and builders and we can’t wait to see where your talents take you!

We had a fantastic time on Friday, May 8 at the Career Exploration Fair at Midd-West Middle School!

Our team connected with nearly 500 students in grades 5–8, and they came ready with great questions from “What’s your favorite part of your job?” to “What’s your least favorite?” It was a fun and engaging way to introduce them to the homebuilding industry and the many career paths available at Ritz-Craft.

We were excited to attend alongside our family of companies, including Legacy Crafted Cabinets and Rusty Rail Brewing Company , featuring Executive Chef Hunter Jordan. Their team brought a hands-on, engaging experience that gave students a closer look at careers in cabinetry and the culinary world sparking plenty of curiosity and conversation along the way.

And yes... the brownies were a hit! We made sure to bring extra full-size treats for the teachers and faculty as a small token of appreciation for everything they do each day.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to inspire the next generation and proud to showcase the wide range of careers across our family of companies!

Our HR Team had a great time this past Friday connecting with students at Mifflinburg Area High School during their Career Fair!

We had the opportunity to share a behind-the-scenes look at what we do here at Ritz-Craft—from building quality homes to the many moving parts that keep our company running strong. Students in grades 9–12 learned about the wide range of career paths available, including roles in production, management, sales, HR, marketing, engineering, and more.

We also discussed the different education and training pathways that can help them reach their goals, answered thoughtful questions, and offered advice as they begin preparing to enter the workforce.

A big thank you to the school for having us—we’re always excited to support and inspire the next generation of professionals right here in our community!
