What looked like a simple floor replacement turned into something much deeper.

Rot had worked its way through the subfloor beneath the existing tile — compromising the structure below the finished surface.

We removed the damaged tile and deteriorated subfloor, rebuilt the affected area, and restored a solid foundation before installing new LVP and a properly set vanity.

Finishes are only as good as what’s underneath them.
