With the recent cold temperatures and power outages, our phones have been ringing nonstop. Our technicians work long hours, often in tough conditions, to ensure our neighbors don't go without heat. Due to the high number of no-heat emergency calls, some scheduled appointments may need to be rescheduled so we can prioritize those most urgent needs first. Please know that this is never taken lightly, and every customer will be taken care of.

We get calls and letters about our technicians being friendly, helpful, and hardworking, and then there's me, the office manager, just chillin' in the background, waiting for my moment to shine, and BAM, it finally happened.

I mean, it wasn't for being helpful and hardworking, but it's something. Anyway, it's that time of year when Maine weather is unpredictable and cold temperatures sneak up on us, and we highly recommend keeping those furnaces maintained.

Good morning! Our phones and Internet are still down. If you call our office, please leave a voicemail.
Our work phones have been transferred to our cellphones and we still have very limited Wi-Fi in our area, which makes it extremely hard for calls to come through.. but voicemails do!

If you can’t get through our work line , please text me at 207-538-5265, I’ll be in the office all day!

Our phones are still down and we’re unsure of when we’ll have them back.

We currently have the work phones transferred to our cell phones, but we have to rely on cell service and that’s been hit or miss since Monday.

We can only imagine the frustration of our customers not being able to get through to our phones, but please know that we are equally frustrated, because we are unable to work and take care of our customers, and that is something we pride ourselves on.

We encourage you to leave a voicemail when calling our office, as calls don’t always come through.
I will also have a cell phone number available for customers to text for emergencies, until the phones have been restored.

Again, we want to thank all of you for your patience during this very unpredicted week.. and if you have no heat or or an emergency and our cell phones are backed up with calls, please text (207)538-5265.

Here is a helpful chart so you know if you need propane or if it can wait. Remember when the gauge says 80% it is FULL, when it says 40% it is 1/2 full. Call us around 25-30% so we can schedule you within the next couple days or weeks pending your tank size and usage.
