Why not deal with a company you can contact 7 days a week?
It is hard enough when you put your trust in a company and can't get anyone on the phone except maybe some automated response. We have live answering service 7 days a week from 8am until midnight. Your information will be taken and then is sent to 3 different people in the company to ensure you get a call back. Also, when you buy a new unit from us, we stand behind that installation 100%. Our support from the distributor goes all the way to their owner who we can always contact if needed. We may not get everything right the first time, we may mess up, but I can assure you we will make it right and your voice will be heard. Thank you for your continued support. You don't always see the sacrifices that are made by the company within but we do it for our customers. I love happy customers but the times we have upset customers is when I want to talk to you directly so you can be heard and we can find a solution.
