The Miller Place Robotics Team is excited to host a 4-day STEAM Summer Camp for students entering grades 3-5 this summer!

The camp will be held July 13-16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Miller Place High School Art Room.

Throughout the week, campers will be working with current members of our high school robotics team and engage in hands-on activities involving motors, circuits, multiple power sources, coding games, engineering challenges, and more. Students will develop critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while exploring the exciting world of STEAM and robotics.

Camp tuition is $145 per camper, with a discounted rate of $135 for each additional sibling. Space is limited, so we encourage families to register early to secure a spot.

Come join us on SIX SEVEN (June 7th) for a Topgolf Fundraiser!!

The Miller Place Robotics Team Booster Club is hosting our annual Topgolf fundraiser on June 7th, 10-12 PM. Come for 2 hours of game play and a breakfast buffet with unlimited soft drinks and coffee/tea! All proceeds will help us with purchasing parts for our robot for the 2026/2027 season and go toward our competition fees.

Six people can play at each bay. Single tickets (1) are $50, Duo tickets (2) are $95, and a whole bay (6) is $280. Tickets can be purchased on our Zeffy website (link below) or through the QR code on the flyer. *Make sure to click on “custom” -> $0 to avoid fees!*

And that’s wrap on the 2026 season! Proud is an understatement to describe how we feel about this team at the Long Island Regional. Heart, is the word we would use to describe this season.

From overcoming an unforeseen situation by forfeiting our practice matches to essentially re-build our robot and be ready to compete the next day, actually making that happen and compete in every qualifying match to the best of our ability, and ending up 39th overall out of the 48 teams - we are so proud.

Our Impact Award presenters knocked the ball out of the park with their presentation, and knowing our initiative is going to do so much good for Long Island FIRST teams in the future, makes us want to work even harder at making it the best it can possibly be.

The vibe this year superseded friendships and felt more like family.

We will miss our seniors severely, and we are proud of what they accomplished, and what they are leaving behind with their teammates.

We still have some time left together this year, we still have some things to do, but we wanted to share with our community our story.

We are Miller Place proud, we are Team 514 proud 💚

🏈 The Robotics Booster Club is running a Super Bowl fundraiser to benefit the Miller Place Robotics team

🏆 Prizes (Amazon Gift Cards):
• 1st Quarter: $150
• 2nd Quarter: $300
• 3rd Quarter: $150
• Final Score (including OT): $400

⭐️ How it works:
• $20 donation per square
• Squares are reserved through a Google Form
• Open squares are green, a reserved square is yellow
• Once payment is received, square will be red to lock it in
• We’ll move forward with payments once at least 50% of the board is filled
⭐️ If only 50% is filled by the Friday prior to the game, we will give each box a second one (i.e. if you bought one box you’ll have 2, if you bought 5 boxes, you’ll get 10)

Hi Everyone!

For those joining us this year on the team, welcome to the 2025-2026 season: FIRST Age - Rebuilt!

We are going to have our FIRST informational meeting for returners, new members, and ALL families on Thursday, October 9th, from 5:30-6:30 PM. We will go over the season's game, the expectations of the members of this team, and what our meetings will look like. We will put this on the announcements this week as well.

**For NCR students who want to join the Lego League Robotics team, an announcement will be made at the end of October for our first meeting date - this will be 2-3 times a week starting in November! There will also be posts in our Google Classroom with more information.
