It has come to our attention that our hats are a hit. Several customers have inquired about purchasing a hat. We will be putting in another order soon and would like to know how many of you are interested in purchasing one. Our cost on the original hats were $37. The recent cold weather froze pipes in places where customers hadn't had issues previously. This customer has a poorly insulated basement window that was blasting cold air across their main supply. Luckily we were able to find and thaw the pipe without it bursting. Call us today if you have issues with your water supply piping!

This is not something you want to find when your boiler is in service. Luckily we discovered this issue while replacing a gas valve. Yes, it resulted in a new boiler which is never ideal for the customer. However, identifying this issue likely saved the customer from serious harm/damage resulting from their deteriorated equipment. This is the main control board for a boiler. The customer called because the boiler would not fire up for heating season. After some trouble shooting and inspection we were able to identify this small burnt area on the board. New board and display is all it took to get the heat up and running again. We understand that labor and parts aren't inexpensive, but they are far less than the cost of a new boiler. Contact us if you are having heating issues!

Certainly not a scene anyone wants to find in their well pit. Luckily for this customer it turned out to be a leak in the piping just outside the pit. Many companies would have blamed the tank or pump instead of investigating the source. We saved this customer from a significant expense by taking the time to identify the source. This customer bought a home with an old oil boiler. We removed the old unit and tank. In it's place we installed a natural gas high efficiency boiler.
