Why spray foam matters in a Wisconsin tiny home

This is the real thing — 3 inches of closed-cell spray foam going into an A-frame ceiling.

Every Schrock home gets R-21 in the walls, R-21 in the floor, and R-21 in the ceiling. Sprayed in, it seals the whole cavity — no batt gaps, no drafts sneaking through seams. Heat stays in, cold stays out, even in January.
