We love when we get to rehab the original cottages in Bethany Beach 🥰

This one has been standing since 1934 and the owners wanted to refresh it but preserve the character they fell in love with.

We’re finishing up this awesome backyard, and have loved getting to be creative! 🥰

The goal was to extend this home’s peaceful sanctuary to the outside! Pool, grotto with a swim-up bar, clubhouse, sauna, and yes, a putting green for those who like to golf 😝

This home has three types of insulation but the one we love talking about most is the The sound it absorbs is incredible, it’s fire-resistant up to 1800 degrees and it doesn’t support mold growth!!

We finally got Sean on camera 😆
He is breaking down one of the more technical challenges of our Rising Point renovation.

New regulations allowed this home we built 10 years ago to be raised and give this family even more space. So instead of starting from scratch, we spliced the existing piles to lift the house about four feet and add an entirely new level!

Not all HVAC systems are created equal!
We went with Mitsubishi ceiling cassettes for this build. They’re flush in the ceiling, seamless with the design, and distribute air evenly throughout the house.

Different zones on different floors mean everyone stays comfortable, and they work with the steel structure of this home. 😅
