Building the Road Ahead Starts With Our People
Today’s Open House theme was Building the Road Ahead, but the truth is that we can only build what’s next because of the foundation of commitment that defines who we are at National Highway Products.
It all starts with people.
The people in this photo represent so much more than job titles. They wear multiple hats, step in to help wherever needed, solve problems, support one another, and work together toward a common goal. Over the years, we’ve built a culture where teamwork isn’t just encouraged, it’s expected. That’s what allows us to continue building trust, building relationships, and ultimately building the road ahead.
As a second-generation family-owned company led by Robert and Stacia Green, we’ve always believed that people are at the center of everything we do. Through challenges and successes alike, our team has remained committed to the same mission: making transportation safer for the communities we serve.
While not pictured here, our industry partners who exhibited today are also a huge part of our story. Their support, expertise, and products help us provide traffic safety solutions across the country. Together we’re helping make everyday activities safer, whether someone is commuting to work, taking a road trip, riding a bike, or walking their dog.
We’re also grateful for the customers who joined us today. Whether you attended a CEU session, toured our sign manufacturing facility, explored vendor exhibits, or simply connected with colleagues and peers, thank you for being part of it. We hope you left with new knowledge, stronger relationships, and fresh ideas to bring back to your communities.
Today was a reminder that traffic safety is about more than signs, products, and projects. It’s about people working together to make a difference.
And that’s something special.
