Real Talk Folks…Winter is coming…and so is new federal guidelines that will increase the cost of HVAC equipment by 20 to 30% by January if not sooner…this is a National Issue and with still nagging Covid supply chain issues this is not the winter to play heater roulette…if you think your heater has given all it has to give…you really want to consider replacement before it’s cold out and heaters cost more and availability is an issue and you are out of heating options. This doesn’t have throw a AC unit in the window fix…be aware and be prepared. Ok All…Annual Pre Heating PSA… it’s gonna get much cooler this week and some of you are going to want your heat on…please do a trial run in the next day or so..waiting til the end of the week or Friday afternoon makes it hard to help everyone if needed…inventory on parts and equipment are still spotty so check the sooner the better… We also offer check ups if you want us to come start it for you and give it a good check up…Give us a call if you need us. 🙂🔥

It’s storm time again 🤪 Storm Tips...if you lose electric turn off your AC at the thermostat so when power is restored it doesn’t potentially damage your AC unit (window units too), if you get water in the basement and your heater is in water 1st do not walk in water, 2 turn off your AC so if water gets up to your blower it doesn’t ruin the heater. If any of your outdoor equipment gets damaged by wind or tree damage, turn off at thermostat. Ok my Millville people...Pro Tip for you...with this heat today is a horrible day for electric outage but since this 2020 do you expect any worse...lol..Do yourselves a favor and turn off your AC units (even window units) at the thermostat (from cool to off)...a lot of times when Elec is restored it can be irregular voltage and especially older AC units without a time delay on their compressors this can be a fatal blow to your unit. Once electric is up and on and stable (not flickering) then turn your units back on. Stay Safe

Ok all...its no secret its gonna be a hot one this weekend, do your AC system a favor and change those filters today...its going to be working hard enough at real feel plus 100 degrees. If you can find non pleated they let your system breathe the best...I know with the virus your looking for more protection but your homes AC isnt really made for those pleated high merv filters...Spend less for the filter and change more often. Stay Cool 😎
