We are celebrating a milestone today! 🥳
Meet Beau Schild, he has been with us for 15 years!
Beau began his journey with Ranews as a loader on our E-Coat production line, and over the years, he has built an impressive career. He transitioned into a forklift operator’s role before advancing to Line Leader on both the powder production line and the E-Coat line. After three years in production, Beau moved into maintenance, where he has continued to grow and excel; working his way up to his current role as Lead Maintenance Technician.

Today, Beau plays a vital role in our day to day! He leads maintenance efforts, works closely with outside contractors, and ensures that projects are completed safely and effectively.

Beau is excited to continue growing with Ranews and aspires to step into a Maintenance Manager role in the future.

This is a huge milestone and we are happy to share it with you! Thank you, Beau for your 15 years of dedication, growth, and contributions! We are grateful to have you on our team and can’t wait to see you continue to grow 🥳

Meet the team ✨
Dusten is our Track Building Supervisor and plays a big role in keeping things running smoothly! He spends his days overseeing two paint lines for Tuffcoat bumpers and tracks for CAT Athens. And if it needs paint, he’s your guy.. there’s not much he can’t handle!
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding his motorcycle.
He is also celebrating 14 years with us this month.. he’s basically part of the foundation 😉
We are very lucky to have him and we appreciate everything you do, Dusten!
