Here is a completed sewer replacement project performed under the home in San Jose. The existing drain system had old deteriorated metal piping in the crawlspace, so the work required careful access, removal, replacement, and proper installation of new drain piping.

This was a permitted exterior project designed to make the outdoor area safer, more comfortable, and easier to access for a person with limited mobility.
We completed the plans, handled the permit process, installed the deck, added safe railing around the deck, and created additional walkway access for better movement around the property. On the covered portion of the deck, we also installed marine-grade heaters and a ventilation fan to help keep the area warmer and reduce moisture buildup.
The final result is a clean, functional outdoor space with improved access, a secure railing system, and a more comfortable covered deck area.
