That stage is a wrap, on to the next project…
We ended up having to replace the top cord of the trusses across the whole front side.
Then a layer of peel and stick underlayment before 1/4 lathe and metal.

Build front and back deck

Install whirlpool bath tub

A 13’ x 22’ stick framed addition in Pace, FL.
More to come on this project with rot repairs in the soffit and eaves, then peel and stick for a new metal roof all around.
