A quick video of our proprietary weasel harness winding wheel with pneumatic Retracting pins. Still need to finish installing the wheel and adding a few more cylinders but the concept is working!

Weasel tooling is right on the money. Time to finish building the rest of the winding wheel and make our first prototype bands! Why are our bands built better? Because our cable is fixed to the brackets, making the bands more ridged, decreasing rubber fatigue, and increasing the structure lifespan. Stay tuned for more updates!

A sneak peak on our proprietary weasel band assembly wheel design. We finally have the components ready to build the Weasel band harnesses. After the tooling is built, we'll run a sample harness into the molds ensuring a perfect pre fabricated fit. Once the fit is confirmed, we'll build our first test set of bands for fitment and testing right away on a M29 weasel. We greatly appreciate customers patience as this project was delayed several times for manufacturing set backs. But we are still actively moving forward!

This track has about 600 miles on it. Almost no visible wear! We've been really happy with the quality of this rubber compound which is giving customers significantly longer life on their tracks. Don't mind the mud, we drive our vehicles just like they were intended!
